Returns & Exchanges are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, in which case we will re-fulfill your order with the same or similar product after review of the wrong delivery/quality/ manufacturing defect within 7 days.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with us for prompt resolution.
Unfortunately we cannot allow Returns & Exchanges under any other circumstances. Customers are requested to verify and review order(s) including colours, sizes, quantities, etc. of products before placing the order.
Return are eligible for the defective items only and can be done with in 24 hours of deliver. Replacement and exchanges are not allowed except the damaged or wrong items delivery. Those items which are eligible for replacement and exchange. We Will approve it and deliver within 7-10 day. Refunds if in case is approved by us will be credited and processed within 7 days.
